General Information
At NOVA LIVING, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. While we always aim to deliver within our estimated lead times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, or promotional events.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are supplied for self-assembly and include easy-to-follow assembly instructions.
Where multiple items are ordered with free delivery, your order may be delivered together in a single shipment. If you request split deliveries, additional delivery charges may apply.

We offer FREE standard delivery across most of mainland England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding the postcode areas listed below.
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to offshore locations, including:

Selected Scottish Highlands postcodes
Additional Delivery Charges
£40 Delivery Charge
The following postcode areas incur an additional £40 delivery fee:

£95 Delivery Charge
The following postcode areas incur an additional £95 delivery fee:
AB, DD, DT, EX, LD, LL, PH, PL, TA, TQ, TR
£120 Delivery Charge
The following postcode areas incur an additional £120 delivery fee:
BT (Northern Ireland)
IV (Inverness)
Republic of Ireland
We now offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland for an additional £160.

Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will send you an order confirmation and estimated delivery timescale via email within 2–3 working days.

FREE Delivery to most mainland UK addresses.
£120 Delivery Charge to Northern Ireland.
£160 Delivery Charge to the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Mainland UK: 5–10 working days
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: 2–3 weeks
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on product availability and seasonal demand.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are carried out 7 days a week between 7:00am and 8:00pm.
Once your delivery has been scheduled, you should ensure someone is available at the delivery address throughout this time.
Our delivery partner will normally contact you approximately 30–45 minutes before arrival. While every effort is made to provide this courtesy call, it cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Day
Your confirmed delivery date will be sent using the contact details provided when placing your order.
Most deliveries are completed by a one-person delivery service. This means:
Deliveries are made to the front door of the property.
For apartments or flats, delivery will be made to the main entrance or lobby only.
If no one is available to receive your order and the delivery attempt is missed, a £50 redelivery charge will apply.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We strongly recommend inspecting all items immediately upon delivery, even if you do not intend to assemble or use them straight away.

Please include your order number, photographs of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will work quickly to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
